Saasu allows you to setup a template for creating PDF Sales, Purchase and Statements that you can save, print or email to customers or suppliers. These emails are created by Saasu without additional email software or plug-ins. This section allows you to input your own custom information to be included in the layout of your PDF Invoices/Statements. You can set defaults for various areas that make up your Invoices and Statements.

You can now:

• Setup templates for different trading names, stationary and use different logos for each template.
• Control the the look and feel of your PDF invoices and statements, if you’re familiar with HTML and CSS. You can change the font, font-size, color, and even the layout by customizing the theme associated with the template.
