Bizlinc

Description

Cloud Builders builds web-based applications for business. Our suite of applications and connectors introduce the concept of ‘holistic, connected CRM’ to Salesforce.com customers by extending fantastic sales automation processes with operational and management applications.

Their loyal customers include financial firms, service delivery companies, bakers, electricians, green energy, telecommunications, clothing & retail, government and wholesale, manufacturers, drop-shippers and many others in-between.

They believe in fast, responsive customer service and simple, efficient user experiences and the power of connecting core business applications in order to minimise unnecessary data handling.

The Bizlinc to Saasu connector is available to Cloud Builders customers at a fixed annual organisation-wide price (not a per-user licence price). More pricing information can be found on the Cloudbuilders pricing page.

This connector solves the issue of 360 degree integration between CRM, Sales, Operations and Accounting. By leveraging the functionality of Bizlinc and connecting this to Saasu, businesses can take full advantage of cloud-based enterprise solutions.

So what the connector do exactly? From the outset, we didn’t want to simply develop a solution that only synchronised basic CRM data between the two systems, rather we set out to ensure complex accounting, inventory and account information was all seamlessly synced in BOTH directions. The following data displays exactly which object data is pushed to Saasu and the Saasu data pulled into Bizlinc (this is quite technical – but it provides a good insight in to the comprehensive level of synchronisation that can be achieved).
