File Add / Edit

Screen Location: My Saasu > Manage Subscription (the link next to your subscription name)

Step 1. Add a new File to your Subscription

  1. Click the Add link above the List of Files
  2. Choose a file name that represents the Tax Entity for this set of accounts.
  3. Set the zone for the Tax Entity to ensure the right Tax Codes and settings are in place.
  4. Check the box provided to Allow access to this File via web services

Step 2. Add users to your new file

  1. From the list of Users who have Access to your subscription select the access level for each one for this file. If the user isn’t getting access to this File just leave the setting as – No Access –
  2. Click Save
  3. If the person isn’t already a User you can click on Invite User and an email will be sent to them to join the file
